Our "rest" bath crystals are mineral rich and blended to to help alleviate occasional insomnia and reduce anxiety.

Bath salts improve circulation and decrease blood pressure. The salts exfoliate dead cells leaving skin soft and supple.

Directions: Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of bath crystals to your running bath water.
